 Boarding and Daycare Customers

Requirements

• Spayed/Neutered after 6 months
• Proof of current vaccinations for Bordetella, Distemper combo, and Rabies
• Must show veterinary clinic and be current through entire stay
• Regular flea and tick treatment
• Some dogs may need additional daycare prior to their first overnight stay due to temperament

• Temperament Test required prior to boarding or daycare

 

Temperament Tests

This is a free daycare session for the dog to try our facility and for our staff to take notes.  We will asses your pet with other dogs of a similar size and of different temperaments to ensure they are comfortable around other dogs.  There are indoor and outdoor play areas as well as the kennels for them to experience. Drop off is in the morning between 7 and 9 am when we first start daycare to ensure they have the best chance of success when everyone is first meeting for the day.  Pick-up is between 11am-12pm.  If they do well, they can stay the rest of the day with a half daycare charge.  Staff will provide feedback at checkout and book any upcoming boarding stays.

New Customer for Grooming

• Must provide proof of current vaccinations for Bordetella, Distemper combo, and Rabies
• Dog should have normal flea and tick treatment
• We assume dog is following normal grooming schedule (Max 8 weeks for haircuts)
• Dogs may be refused service if matting is to the skin and is too dangerous to cut
• Dogs may be refused service if excessive flea/tick infestation (see vet immediately)
• Dogs should not be groomed within 24 hours of vaccinations or within 10 days of surgery (follow your Veterinarian's guidance)
• Dogs should not be groomed if diarrhea or other stomach issues within 24 hours

Grooming is by appointment only.

Check-in is between 8-9am for morning appointments and limited overflow appointments available at Noon for select breeds

Groomer's will discuss grooming with owner at check-in.  We have clip charts to help determine length.
